4. Course Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Enrollment Process
Course enrollment requires completion of our registration process and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and availability confirmation.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is required at time of enrollment unless other arrangements are made
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Group discounts may be available for organizations and educational institutions
4.3 Course Materials
Course fees include all necessary materials, museum entry fees, and expert instruction unless otherwise specified. Participants are responsible for transportation to meeting points.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Participant Cancellations
- More than 7 days before course start: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
- 3-7 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before course start: No refund, but credit toward future courses
- Emergency circumstances: Considered on a case-by-case basis
5.2 Our Cancellations
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors, museum staff, and fellow participants with respect
- Follow museum rules and guidelines during visits
- Arrive punctually for scheduled activities
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Respect photography and recording restrictions
- Maintain confidentiality regarding behind-the-scenes access
7. Intellectual Property

Course materials, website content, and educational resources are protected by copyright and remain the property of Museums of London unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Permitted Use
Participants may use course materials for personal educational purposes but may not redistribute, reproduce, or commercialize them without written permission.
8. Photography and Recording
We may photograph or record courses for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to be included should inform staff. Museum photography policies must be respected during all visits.

- Courses involve walking and standing for extended periods
- Some locations may have stairs or uneven surfaces

- Travel delays or additional expenses

Participants are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all course participants.
